These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of seorankwarrior.com and any services provided by SEO Rank Warrior ("we," "us," or "our"), including SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website development (WordPress and Wix), social media management, and AI chatbot services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

SEO Rank Warrior provides digital marketing and web development services primarily to clients in Texas, United States, and the United Kingdom. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or agreement provided directly to the client.

Search engine optimization involves factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and platform policy updates. While we apply industry best practices and data-driven strategy, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. SEO and Local SEO results typically develop over a period of months and may vary.

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and materials (e.g., website admin access, Google Business Profile access, content, and images).
• Provide accurate business information for use in optimization work.
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure they have the right to use any content, images, or materials they provide to us.

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be specified in the individual client proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them (such as website content and custom code), unless otherwise agreed. SEO Rank Warrior retains the right to showcase completed work, including anonymized or named case studies and performance data, in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to WordPress, Wix, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data issues caused by these third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Rank Warrior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the individual client agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to our primary service area, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
